These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://devnetb.tech and the purchase of digital learning materials offered by DEV NETBio Academy ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

We sell digital educational content for CSIR-NET / SET Life Sciences preparation, including practice MCQs, revision notes, and related PDF documents delivered electronically after successful payment.

Content is for personal educational use only. It is not a university, coaching institute affiliation claim, or guaranteed exam result service.

You must have an account and be signed in to purchase. Access to purchased documents is granted to that email via an access link and one-time verification (OTP).

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credentials on our servers.

An order is confirmed only after successful payment capture. Until then, access to paid documents is not granted.

After successful payment, you will receive an email with an access link (typically within a few minutes). You must verify your email with an OTP to view or download documents.

Documents may be watermarked with your email and order ID for security and anti-piracy purposes.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased PDFs
• Upload materials to Telegram, Google Drive, or similar for mass distribution
• Remove watermarks or attempt to reverse-engineer delivery systems
• Use content for commercial coaching without written permission

Violation may result in permanent revocation of access without refund.

All course materials, branding, logo, and website content remain the intellectual property of DEV NETBio Academy or its licensors. Purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright.

We reserve the right to revoke access if we detect abuse, chargebacks made in bad faith, or breach of these Terms.

Materials are provided "as is" for exam preparation support. We do not guarantee admission, qualification, ranks, or exam outcomes. You are responsible for verifying current official syllabi and exam notifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
