This Privacy Policy explains how DEV NETBio Academy ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use https://devnetb.tech or purchase our digital products.

• Order & payment metadata: course purchased, amount, order ID, payment status, Razorpay order/payment IDs (payment credentials are handled by Razorpay)
• Access & security logs: IP address, user agent, view/download timestamps (for fraud prevention and watermarking traceability)
• Communications: emails you send to support

We use your data to:

• Process orders and payments
• Deliver access links and OTP verification emails
• Provide document viewing/downloading with watermarking
• Prevent unauthorized sharing and abuse

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, Razorpay may collect payment instrument details under their own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment success/failure and related transaction identifiers, not your full card number.

• Payment gateway (Razorpay) to complete transactions
• Email delivery provider (for access links and OTPs)
• Cloud storage providers used to host documents securely
• Authorities if required by law

Order, access, and security logs are retained as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution, anti-piracy, accounting, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of account-related data subject to legal retention requirements.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, access controls, signed short-lived download URLs, and watermarking. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
